    Temperature cycle

    After the vibration battery is fully charged, perform a temperature cycle (- 10℃ - 75℃) in a forced ventilation box according to the following steps.
    Step 1: Store the battery at 62℃±2℃ for 4 hours.
    Step 2: Reduce the temperature to 20℃±5℃within 30 minutes and hold for 2 hours.
    Step 3: Reduce the temperature to - 10℃±2℃ within 30 minutes and hold for 4 hours.
    Step 4: Increase the temperature to 20℃±5℃ within 30 minutes and maintain it for at least 2 hours.
    Step 5: Repeat the above step for 4 cycles.
    Step 6: After the fifth cycle, store for 7 days.

    Vibrate

    After the battery is fully charged, confirm that the battery voltage is fully charged, and then fix the battery on a vibration table. Apply a simple harmonic vibration with an amplitude of 0.76mm, resulting in a total maximum deviation of 1.52mm. The battery vibrates back and forth at a frequency of 10HZ-55HZ-10HZ at a rate of 1Hz for a total time of 90 ± 5min. The battery is vibrated once in three vertical installation positions (in the vibration direction). After the test is completed, leave it for 1 hour.

    Mechanical shock

The battery shall be tested at an ambient temperature of 20°C ± 5°C.

    Place the fully charged battery in an air circulation oven, with the oven temperature rising from 5 ℃/min ± 2℃/min to 100℃ ± 2℃, and keep it at this temperature for 10 minutes.
